Recently purchased my first home (1950s). Our home inspector flagged a number of electrical issues to fix before moving in. Most notably an old fuse box with many double-tapped fuses, a non-compliant secondary breaker panel, incorrect breakers, non-grounded plugs, and incorrect electrical boxes used at certain receptacles.
Rob came in to do the assessment, and is great at empathizing with the customer's needs. He knew that we wanted to make sure everything was safe, but that we were stretched financially after the recent purchase of the home.
