I called Mr. Appliance to repair my oven. They sent out technician David to my home. First of all, I was not home when David called me and said he was outside of my home but someone in my home let him in. When I got home, I could not get on my driveway because he had blocked it with the company vehicle. Then once I went inside, I found David to be very rude. He has no customer service skills, he is not friendly or professional. He spent a long time trying to diagnose the problem then said to me “don’t you have a hood fan?” which was said in a very rude way and since my kitchen is not done being renovated, he could clearly see the hood fan was not there. I am a customer paying for a service and I should feel comfortable with the person being sent to my home. He seemed very annoyed and upset about the repair job because it took him so long to diagnose the problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
