I think I was overcharged for the lock. Given the lock was broken and the door could not be locked in the night. I had no option but to agree to the price. The technician had an attitude and was rude

we got this company to rekey few locks for us
they came right away, didnt charged any emergency fee and didnt try to up sell us to go with new locks
straight forward locksmith service at it finest

Today was a very long day and of course something had to go wrong. I locked the keys to a rental UHaul van in the truck not realizing the back door was actually locked. I called a few places but no one was available to come right away. David is very very friendly. He came quickly and got the job done. Absolutely great service I would highly recommend if you need a locksmith! This company is also fairly priced.
