We had a fairly new washing machine that wasn't draining. The technician came at the appointment time, and quickly diagnosed a defective pump.
The pump was ordered and he came back the next day to install it. He found out that the pump was broken by a jewelry chain, and he took the time to clean out the machine. Very thorough job, and I would call them again. Also, a very pleasant individual.
