We had our gutters cleaned last fall and finally got the chance to sit down and write a review. Anna was very rapid responding with a quote and providing me with an appointment. I really appreciated the reminder email the day before the service. The crew cleaned our gutters and left without leaving a mess (I had a bad experience with a previous company). We were more than happy with the service provided and will definitely use them again this fall.

We had Shine Squad recommended to us from a friend and are so happy we went gave them a shot! They were reasonably priced and super pleasant to deal with. The crew came on time, finished in a timely manner and made sure I would be taken care of in the fall as well. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from my initial inquiry to the end. I usually don’t write reviews, however the reviews on this site helped in my decision to take a risk and hire this company. I am glad I did!!! They are excellent and fair in practice, even adjusted the price down based on the work they ended up doing which was a nest removal since my gutters were clear otherwise. I have nothing but praise for them and I hope they keep this up. Anna thanks for your ever prompt responses to all my questions.

From the beginning my experience with this company can only be rated excellent. Before I received my quote Anna ensured that she had all the information required to give a detailed estimate. She asked for additional information that I didn't think to include in my initial contact. This gave me confidence that the estimate would be as close to the final account as possible. No surprises once the work was completed. Andrew arrived on time and both he and his partner were very professional in the manner of their work. He explained in detail what they were going to do and showed me pictures once the work was completed to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. He informed me that as the job was not as difficult as first thought my quote would be reduced so I was a very happy client. I would definitely recommend this company.

Reliable and honest company, with friendly and helpful customer service. They were able to accomodate us earlier due to a cancellation. We would use them again for gutter cleaning service :)

After getting multiple quotes. The Shine Squad, were best in terms of being responsive, returning a quote and reasonable pricing. On arrival to clean our guttering, we found that the job required much more manual labour in addition to the work we thought was needed. Andrew had all the equipment needed and was very tidy. Also gave good advice on the state of our roof, guttering and potential future maintenance. Generally taking a lot of pride in their service. I am a happy customer (will certainly have the Shine Squad back for future work) and do not hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

I hired Shine Squad to wash my vinyl siding and clean my windows (both interior/exterior). They were very professional and friendly, quick to respond to my quote request, quick to answer any questions, and went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and the weather. The finished product was spotless windows and siding that looked like new again. I would work with this company again!

Chatted with Anna through the app and got a quote even though it was Canada’s day weekend! Arranged a time, and asked Anna to let me know on the day if so I could put the dog in. Sure enough, on the day of, I got an email from Anna with a time window and Andrew (and team) arrived promptly. Andrew was very friendly and the service was fast and thorough. Highly recommend. Based on today’s service we will be hiring them to do our gutters in the fall.

I originally asked for a price on the windows which by the way are now sparkling clean, then asked about my deck I was never asked the size and quoted 100.00. when Andrew arrived his first comment was that's a really large deck! with no further ado he power washed it then the windows I was expecting him to say due to the size we have to charge you more but no he wished me a pleasant evening and left two thumbs up great job fantastic service with pleasant people, high recommend them to all!
