The original home owner installed a false balcony which was unusable. It also blocked a lot of light. Mark and his team removed the balcony replacing it with a new flat roof.
Removing the false balcony totally changed the look of the house and now allows lots of light in.
Mark and his team were very professional and courteous. They stuck to the seclude and quote.
