I had a friend recommend Flex plumbing and heating for some plumbing work I needed done on a bathroom Reno. Mykel from Flex was awesome. The work that he did was top notch, the time frame and price were totally reasonable. Mykel was polite, extremely knowledgable and worked hard the whole time. After struggling with my hot water tank off and on for weeks, I was hard pressed to find a plumber I felt comfortable with. Mykel was fantastic, he worked quickly, talked me through the process each step of the way, including costs and all work that would need to be done in the future. He really went above and beyond by coming same day, and rushing to pick up parts before the warehouse closed so he could finish the job immediately and return our hot water to us. His professional demeanour and honest approach truly fosters trust in his work and work ethic. Should I need a repair in the future, I will definitely call Mykel and recommend him to friends.

Needed a qualified plumber to relocate basement bathroom drains. Was referred to Flex Plumbing and Mykel was prompted and professional from start to end. The work was done as requested with minimum supervision. Job done right first time....thumbs up!

Came on time as promised. Went right to work. A slightly complicated job with tight spaces and I wanted a bypass of kitchen sink and garden hose. He gave extra effort and did it without cutting into the roof/walls. Very happy with the service. Reasonably priced as well. Would recommend.
