I replaced windows in my house with an existing alarm system (I had moved into the house with an existing system). I reached out to Chris for some assistance to get my new windows incorporated into my alarm system. He provided me with wireless contacts for the windows and checked out my whole system including the CO and Fire alarms. He only recommended what I needed and provided me with all the information that I needed to understand the system. I would recommend Chris for any security system needs. It is obvious that he is very knowledgeable on this subject and will go above and beyond to help you out.

We moved into our home a few months ago and asked Chris to come by and look at the system in place. He was able to quickly suggest a few changes and worked with the original system. Chris is a great communicator and helped us understand what he was doing every step of the way. I was impressed with how clean he left the work areas when he was done. Excellent value for the price we paid. The installers came when they said they would and were respectville and polite. The installation was neat and tidy, everything was left clean when they were finished. The system has proved to be trouble free and effective. A number of times the alarm has been accidentally triggered, the alarm company called and once the police came when someone who was looking after our home, while we were away, did not answer the alarm company's phone call. The system worked!
