What can I say, my wife and I found mouse droppings on December 24th. Thanks 2020. We got some traps from a big box store but we saw newer droppings on the 27th.
After looking though the reviews here I decided to give North Star a call. Shakil responded promptly and an appointment was booked.
Shakil arrived 15 minutes early and calmly explained our options. He proceeded to check both the exterior and interior for access points and mice evidence.
He set up bait traps and baited some ductwork. He said to give it a month and the problem should be taken care of.
My wife and I both liked his professionalism and demeanour, he really put us at ease with his knowledge and expertise.
