We are very happy with the service Shakiel provided. He scheduled a Sunday visit, which was the most convenient day for us. He even arrived early and called us to let us know he was on his way.
His explanation of the problem and solution were to the point, with no exaggeration. He pointed out areas of concern which made it easy for us to address in an effort to reduce the likelihood further problems.
His solution took a few days before showing results, but we have not had a mouse in the basement for over a week now.
The only thing I didn't get from him was the proper spelling of his name.. I hope I have it correct.
