Their name says "ONE DAY" but a fellow had to return next day to do 2nd coat. They were a bit late arriving first day. I called at 9am that day to verify, as I had not heard
anything, they arrived at about 9:15. The super. answered my call - voice mail about two hours later. They were a bit rough in removing my drapery rod and curtains in bed room; (old and fragile.) I put them back up myself, next day.

Hi David, My apologies for showing up 15 minutes late, we got a bit tied up at the supplier in the morning and some issues with parking. Regarding the additional coats required, one of the walls had condensation build up on it, as explained, which was watering down the fresh coats, this set us back a bit.
