Gary is very knowledgeable about flooring and you can trust him to negotiate the best price for you with his suppliers.

We recently purchased a house that need to be completely renovated, including all new flooring though-out. I knew Gary was the guy as I had used him at my previous home. Justin and his father Steve installed hardwood throughout my entire house - they are both true craftsman that take great pride in their work. As craftsman they took a bit longer than I expected, but in the end it was worth as it was installed beautifully even around the many odd curves and twists throughout the house. We didn't make it easy for Justin and Steve - we ripped out the parquet flooring and made a bit of a mess with the floor leveling but Justin and Steve fixed our messes to ensure that their floors would be installed properly.

Gary was very present throughout the project and constantly checked on the progress. He was also available to answer your calls and questions.

We also had to re-furbish our stairs which included staining the steps to match the new hardwood, replacing the pickets and raising the height of the banisters. Gary hired Jerzy to do this job for us and it is nothing short of spectacular. Another true craftsman.

So to summarize, Gary gets you a very fair price and hires the best craftsman. If you are patient with the time it takes to complete you will not be disappointed with the end product.
