TGS Electrical and Lightning changed the outdated lighting in our kitchen. From the confirmation of the appointment 24 hours before to the completion of the work everything seem to flow with ease. The electrician took off the old light fixtures and replaced them with new ones. He disposed of the old fixtures. All garbage and recycled items were placed in the appropriate bins. Staff was easy to work with and arrived on time.

This electrician has shown to be unreliable, and I’d recommend looking elsewhere. He committed to a set day for repairs and said he would reach out. He then proceeded to both not reach out (requiring a follow-up call) and then outright cancel the engagement, making it seem that he couldn’t be bothered. Plenty of other electricians follow through with their commitments, so I’d recommend using them over TGS Electrical.

From my first request for service, Tim quickly followed up with a phone call and set -up an appointment. Throughout this process Tim was punctual,professional,personable,friendly and accommodating. His service was of great value. I would recommend Tim to anyone in need of electrical assistance.

Referrered by someone in condo. Contacted Tim and explained situation that circuit had blown. He arranged to have someone come the same day. Esa came and after looking at breakers said I had a spare and they could rewire to that so no additional parts required. I appreciated his honesty and not upselling. He made sure I was happy with the work and we tested the outlets before he left.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Tim was on time and helped us finish the work within 3 hour time slot. He was professional and shared lots of tips as he worked. He was resourceful and was able to trouble shoot various issues live and thereby saved us an additional visit and money.

My kitchen light fixture was flickering so I reached out to a few electricians for a quote. TGS electrical responded quickly and was able to have someone come look at it that afternoon. Turned out that there was an issue within the electrical panel and overheating had charred a section of circuit breakers. TGS replaced the damaged parts and identified the source of the problem to prevent it from happening again. Very professional, friendly and effective service! Would highly recommend TGS.
