Un Cabinetry

We had never before done a Reno so we had so much worry to begin with. After 4 companies came to our home and took a look no one wanted to do a small kitchen like ours. By accident we found UN Cabinetry when we we were in a mall doing something. We met Chen and found her to be fantastic in helping us to do this Reno. She knew everything we did not know and worked hard to bring our dream kitchen to life. What i was most impressed with was when something did not go right Chen fixed it quickly and always made thing right. This company did everything from beginning to end and we are so happy with our kitchen now. Thank you very much Chen and everyone hard work has made us all very happy!!!

We came across UnCabinetry when were looking to replace kitchen cabinets and backsplash. Karyn even spent extra time on graphic design for our entire kitchen just so we would be sure about litle details.

Second project was to replace 3 freestanding bathroom vanities with floating ones, replace 3 regular toilets with one tankless, one smart toilet and one wall hung, replace floor tile in powder room, replace ceiling fan and install pot lights. (Vanity cabinets were provided by us)

The work was very good and done quickly. Finishing drywall was particularly good considering I am a perfectionist. Great communication throuout proccess and good value for the price. We look forward to working with them to finish the rest of the kitchen.

I googled the store and walked in. Karyn attended us . And we knew she is going to take care of us as a customer as it was very obvious she takes pride in her work she is deligent fair and hard working. All the first impression of karyn lasted till the very last moment of the kitchen project. She gave her 100 percent attention from the beginning to end to our kitchen, took care of minor details, worked very hard and did not disappointed us. She is fair and takes care of the project as one would do with their own project. She has a taste of interior desiginng which is a plus and if we ask she would help in that area as well. My friends are already in line to contact her. I would recomend her without any hesitation.

We were recommended to UnCabinetry for Kitchen Cabinet design and replacement by our General Contractor. From our initial meeting with our design consultant Crystal, we knew we would not be disappointed.
The attention to detail was superb, Crystal went out of her way to ensure we were completely satisfied with the design of our kitchen and gave us honest suggestions on what would be the best recommendation for our layout. The quote we received was higher than what we had previously priced out at the Blue and Yellow big box store, but when compared to the custom design and upgrade to plywood on all structural components, it was extremely competitive.
We were given a 3D design of our layout and all details were meticulously taken care of. The installers are skilled tradesmen who take pride in their work and the attention to detail is reflected in the finished product. We did have some issues with some cabinets which were made a little bigger than originally planned but that too was taken care of relatively quickly. We would not hesitate to recommend UnCabinetry to anyone seeking to have a quality kitchen cabinet replacement and will certainly be using them for our future projects around the house.

We are incredibly happy with our new kitchen. We get so many complements from our friends. We met with many other contractors, but the decision to go with UN cabinetry was an easy one after we met with Crystal. She was a great help. Crystal created 3D drawings of our kitchen on her computer so we could better visualize the look and the layout. Her computer renderings looked very close to the final result. The construction went well. When we were not happy with one of the smaller details, they were quick to change it without any complaints. The quality of work is amazing and we are very happy with the result.

The whole team at Un Cabinetry were very professional to deal with. Crystal helped with our design and provided updates and follow ups in a timely fashion. She also provided excellent drawings. We made several changes along the way, which was no issue with her. Tony came to measure several times to ensure the cabinets would fit well(first time he came drywall was not in). Raymond and Jackie installed and did a fantastic job(especially given our kitchen was not square). They both take such pride in their work and the end product shows that.....I would high recommend this company to anyone who needs cabinetry of any kind. Crystal and her team were amazing from the first time we walked into their showroom. Crystal understood what we were envisioning and gave us a 3D design and quote in minutes. The cabinetry installers were professional and were accommodating with our requests.

Tony was referred to me by a very close friend. Her kitchen was also done by UN cabinetry. I loved her kitchen so much so I decided to use UN for my house reno without getting quotes from others. As a previous woodworking shop manager, I had to say I have a very high standard for the work and he did not let me down.

I also have to point out that Tony is not a regular kitchen guy, he's also a very good interior designer, with his help, I was able to make use of every inch of the space in the kitchen.

I would highly recommend Crystal and her team - especially Tony and Ken. We are very happy with our cabinets and our kitchen looks beautiful. Our washroom vanity is also beautiful. Crystal was very knowledgeable and she answered all of my questions. Tony was great at offering suggestions when he was measuring. Ken paid attention to detail and he was easy to work with. I would highly recommend this business / company.

One year already since I got my kitchen changed, I' m still very pleased and thankful for I chose Union cabinetry the owner -Tony who did excellent job and service for me. I would strongly recommend him and give him 5 star based on below reasons :
1. Very thoughtful and elegant design: my kitchen used to be narrow and I wanted to open the wall to expand it ,but the renovation contractor strongly against it only allowed to open a window size due to safety concern. Tony actually has done a good design accordingly ,however when he looked at the window size, he suggested to make it all open and advised me the solution for construction stability in order to negotiate with the renovation contractor whom finally agreed. As a result he had to revise the original design but he was glad to do so despite extra work.
2. Attention to detail : until I looked at several my friends' new kitchens I realized the huge difference Tony has made.e.g he designed a removable out layer of cabinet above the range bilateraly which allows easy replacement if it is scratched or damaged that has happened to my friend' kitchen, unfortunately hers could not be replaced. The devider between the fridge and range Tony made a very nice pillar and my friends' ones have only a simple board .Tony also made the outside wall of cabinet all has design not a simple plain wall.
3. Products material :he used all hard wood molding as well as hard wood water proof solid wood under the counter top which others using cheap board. The inside of cabinet was also nicely done.
4. Installation: 5 different staff came twice to install mine, i found every single staff is very nice and professional. They said Tony treat them well and they do a good job for him as well.
5. Quality of service :before, during and after kitchen was done, Tony always provided timely response , very approachable and flexible . Tony said he loves his job and peruses 100 percent customer satisfaction and indeed he did . e.g. after installation , I found the area above the recycling bin is too big and he added two inner drawers for me without charge me extra .
6. Reasonable price : despite providing quality products and services ,he offers a very reasonable price was even lower than other two companies that I have consulted.

Overall, Tony is an awesome designer, his team provides excellent kitchen product and service. There are so many cabinetry companies in the market which is hard to find the good and reliable one , and I feel so lucky to choose the right one as the job he has done was truly beyond my expectation. I have recommended him to serveral friends, they were all super happy and satisfied with his job !
