Without the honest homestars reviews I would not have gone with Canturk. I am happy I did. From the get go, Mihaela and the team really went beyond what you'd expect. The timeliness and professionalism.

The quality of the job, excellent. Nice thick asphalt laid down.
What I am especially impressed with is the team and how clean they are. Trust me when I tell you they are constantly looking at the work area on your property and the street.
Our job was a small in size, townhouse but they worked as it it was the most important. One of the owners was onsite both times .

Very very professional company. Communication is topnotch. Always kept me up-to-date on the dates they were going to come do the work. I primarily dealt with Gail and she was very accommodating as I myself had to change dates on them. The work was done well and so far it is looking like solid work. Work was also done to spec...yes, I know how contractors will say something and do something else. Not with Canturk. They explained to me what they were going do and did exactly that. Quote was very detailed as well as the explanation. I was happy to deal with them and would definitely recommend them. If price is an issue, talk to them and ask what can be descoped from the project to meet your budget. They will advise you on what is the best way of doing the work.

Gail was great to work with. The driveway is quite small and most contractors would not bother. The work was completed on time, efficiently and I am very happy with the outcome. I would recommend Canturk.

Veli was very friendly and approachable always ready to answer any questions and offer helpful advice about the best way to get the job done. Even after he completed the job and had been paid in full, I called him about a problem that happened he came back out of his own good will and fixed it. I am very grateful to him and his company of workers.

They came and removed old pavement, laid gravel and replaced with new asphalt. Very professional, clean, and reliable!

Removed, re-graded, replaced and extended the previous driveway. Veli and team are clearly experts at this type of thing. They were efficient and professional, and the results are great - correctly leveled, clean edging, draining well, etc. And Veli seems to be a stand-up guy - I'm confident that on the off chance anything needs to be touched-up after the winter, he'll take care of it.

Veli and his crew did a great job in removing the crappy old concrete paving tiles and installing our new Unilock Beacon Hill pavers in our back yard. They did a very thorough and impressive job in taking out unwanted trees and vegetation, levelling the ground and meticulously laying our new tiles to create a wonderful backyard patio for us. The job was made more difficult as we're in downtown Toronto, and parking and equipment access was limited, but this was not a problem and the whole job was started and finished in 2 days. Veli was very polite and nice to work with, and our yard and garage were left very clean and tidy. My wife and I were quite amazed at the transformation of our backyard and we can't wait to enjoy summer days lounging outside on it.

This was my second very satisfied project with Veli and the Canturk team after a very successful complete renovation of my back yard "outdoor living space" 2 years ago.

This project, though much smaller , was also completed with Veli's high standards of execution. Veli had great ideas to contribute to it, quickly took care of some needed but small walkway issues in addition - and best of all - the final results look really good and a big improvement!
