I give a poor review as customer service was terrible. I needed my GE washing machine fixed as the wash cycle would consistently stop part way into the cycle. A tech from Junior Appliances was sent and determined we needed a new valve. In retrospect we should have just ordered ourselves and done it ourselves. I was later informed by the Tech's supervisor (Vadim) that the part was in but he didn't want to commit to an appnt. Said he'd call on the weekend, he didn't, therefore I had to chase him down calling him to book. Got a last min. appnt for the Mon in the evening, no-show..called the supervisor and he ensured me that his tech was on his way when he was still out in Fort Sask...so NOT en route. No one made an attempt to call or text me that they would be late or not coming at all. I again had to chase them down...very poor customer service. I finally got a committed service the next day where I was given a small discount for my troubles, but after all that poor service and poor follow up with your customer, absolutely do not recommend. The tech himself apologized but clearly his supervisor has poor communication skills.
