I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the amazing quality service of Terin. His challenges with the lighting fixture notwithstanding, he remained optimistic and helpful in providing me with a variety of suggestions on how to make it right. His personality and good nature was only exceeded by his professional attitude in competing the tasks at hand. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated everything that he did to remedy the situation quickly and efficiently!
While this repair work due to the flood from the roof has been long in being completed, the journey has been made so pleasurable by the quality of all of the workmen you have sent to me.
