Infiniti Air Whitby

Three years ago we had ductless heat pump splits installed on the north side of our home by another vendor. Now we wanted the south and west side done. We met Chris at the Toronto Home Show. He took the time to listen to our needs and gave us a quotation for 3 three-head Mitsubishi air conditioner/heat pump system. We are familiar with the prices for this type of system and were pleasantly surprised with the very reasonable quotation we received.

The system was scheduled for installation within three days. We have experience with the installation challenges our 80-year-old home poses with its thick brick and block walls and I honestly was not looking forward to trying to clean up the dust that I had experienced the last time that was a natural byproduct of coring through the walls.

Imagine my delight when Farid and his team proceeded to install three units with barely any debris left on the floors! They worked efficiently and made sure to clean up after themselves. The job included installing the heavy compressor onto a wall mount on the outside of the house, covering the exterior pipes and installing the electrical connection to our breaker panel. Everything was done to perfection. When the units were tested everything was absolutely silent! I could only tell they were working because I could feel the airflow.

I am absolutely ecstatic that they took such care to leave my home with minimal residue. The whole job took just over 8 hours and as he left Farid shook my hand and thanked me for the business. His professionalism blew me away.
