The sale person ( Laurent Lachance-Brassard ) was very helpful knowing it's product --- his support was under the customer satisfaction.
At the pick-up station , the gentleman service me equally and professionally .
This was my first dealing with CAS and as we say : a customer well served always come back --- surely for my next appliance purchase , CAS will be my first choice.

Decided it was time to replace the old dishwasher rather than repair it again. Described what I wanted to the salesman, Laurent Lachance-Brassard, he pointed out the models that might suit my needs, let me alone to closely examine the dishwashers, answered all questions without trying to upsell. Then he got me a good price on the the machine I selected; well below the price advertised by other vendors.

My very old microwave stopped working. I found the one I wanted online and at the best price at GAS. The very pleasant salesman, Francois Matte, found it was not in stock but ordered it and a few days later I picked it up--actually earlier than he'd estimated.

The prices are good but the service is poor. The usual rushed sales pitch and once you sit down to sign the papers they don't listen to you anymore. They rush you out the door.
Pick up schedule was not respected and nobody called to say it was delayed.

Do your research before going, otherwise you won't get much help.

We were served by very professional M. Guy Blain.
He explained all the details that we did not know, he was polite and patient.
We are satisfied of service received.

Francoise did not tell us the truth about delivery and the store policies. He then accused us of not telling the truth and hung up on me. He did not answer several voicemails and emails. He kept tellling us incorrect info about our delivery and made us wait several weeks longer than he originally said. He was very nasty when we cancelled our order and made the process difficult. Go to a large box store. The price is only minimally better but not worth the hassle.

Very easy transaction. Nick was a great salesman, knew his stuff and helped us make the right purchase. No pressure to buy something more expensive than what we needed. Would recommend checking them out.

Gilles was very nice, we got directly to the point,. He understood what I wanted and helped me get it fast and efficiently. He made sure I payed the lowest price on the market and the 5 years warranty I bought was very reasonable and affordable.
