Attracted by your advertisement of good delivery service during Covid time, I ordered a set of stackable washer and dryer with the specification that the machines should be delivered and installed, and the old set of machines removed and disposed of. I paid for the machines as well as for the delivery service. The delivery had to be made at my rear entrance (all dimensions for space were adequate) but your delivery men refused to bring the machines to the back door saying that they had to go around the house, and their big truck could not come and park in front of my back entrance! This is ridiculous since the distance to go around the house is short and my neighbors also have their houses in that back lane. With no solution offered I had to cancel my order and ask for reimbursement, and my vendor (the one who took my order) assured me that it will be total. You however continued to charge me for the delivery fee, for a service that never occured! The company you contracted for delivery should be held responsible.
