Mitch was very professional and detailed. I appreciated Mitch's personalized 'follow up' emails and advice on to be focused on, thereby preventing common oversights associated with excitement of moving into a new home. Equally interesting is Mitch's explanation during the walk-through and recommendation on service providers of interest. He comes highly recommended.
