One mover was very slow and left midway. Move was so far behind by the time they sent another guy, the move ended up to take 13 1/2 hours instead of about 8 . Alfred made me pay for it before they even unloaded the truck!! I have yet to see an invoice, (which he said would be sent) and he has not responded to my damage claim for my tempurpedic king mattress that they didn't wrap and got wet and dirty (pointed out to the mover and he admitted it was on them) and also a broken storage cart. I sent the pics to them. I do not recommend!! They do NOT stand by what they promise.

Great experience once again! The movers were fantastic to work with, I would recommend in a heartbeat. Personal Movers made the moving process less stressful. We found out on the day of the move that the truck had to park down the street from actual move location no fault of the movers, just procedure of the condo I was moving from. Which was upsetting to me and I felt so bad, but the movers handled it well and did not complain with the distance to which they had to carry. Very thankful and appreciate all they did!
