Following a long period dealing with our agent who we are not impressed with, due to having to constantly contact for updates and delays after more delays, install day finally came. When Oleksandr phoned to arrange a time and date to clear off two feet of snow off our roof to start installation I thought that we would be delayed again with another excuse. But as promised Oleksandr arrived on time to start. From that time on things were done as scheduled, every move forward was explained and the schedule was set and kept. I wish Oleksandr had been there at the start of the process as his commitment to his customers is a rare and valued asset. A professional in his workmanship and person who values his word highly. it was a pleasure to have him working on our project.
I would not hesitate to recommend Oleksandr to anyone as I know he would do an excellent job. He is someone who speaks the truth and will be there on time and organised to do the work scheduled.
