Swift Renos

Both bathrooms and kitchen had pipes replaced properly and the work was very clean. I had no problem reaching them over the phone for updates and I appreciate the work that was done.

The project involved the removal of a bath tub and the installation of a walk-in shower designed to our specifications. Swift Renos were required to follow the the strict rules and regulations of the Condo Administration.

This was a complex project because it involves several trade skills: framing, cementing, plastering, plumbing, tiling, wiring. We encountered a few unexpected problems and difficulties but these were resolved in a skilful and co-opertaive manner by Mr. Goran of Swift Renos. I had the completed project inspected by an experienced project manager. Swift Renos met our requirements for design and quality of the renovation.

Gordon and his team were all very accommodating and courteous to our needs. He had very good suggestions on how to make our home look even better based on the ideas we originally had in mind. He used the best of best in quality and in products. The final product turned out to be even better then what we had anticipated. The finishing was exceptional and extravagant. Gordon was always ready to listen to our ideas and had a great open communication, we did not hesitate to ask him about any clarification we needed during the renovation. We are very happy we had Swift Reno as our contractor and would recommend them to everyone with out any hesitation.

This is our second experience with Swift Renos and we couldn't be happier. Our kitchen was installed in the 80's and some components were either outright broken or terribly dated. The cabinets (solid cherry) were the only components worth saving. Goran from Swift Renos came in for a consultation, made some excellent suggestions and together we developed a plan. The counter tops were replaced, the sink + faucet replaced, the plumbing repaired and a new backsplash installed. The end result is remarkable. The attention to detail is amazing. Again we couldn't be happier with the result and would recommend Swift Renos

This was our first home renovation experience and I don't think we could have asked for a more positive outcome. We have a very old house with all the issues that come along with that, but Goran and his time took us through it smoothly and relatively stress free. Despite all the horror stories you hear about contractors, Goran was extremely trustworthy and forthcoming throughout the entire process. He listened to our concerns, advised us on how to proceed, even picked up some oversights made by our engineering designers. He was recommended to us by a friend and we have since recommended Goran to friends of ours as well.
