Elias from 365 Plumbing did a great job replacing the shower column unit in my bathroom. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and timely with their responses and scheduling of the job! Their pricing was very reasonable also.

Elias came to my house to fix my toilets as two of them were not pumping well anymore and one of them was leaking. I spoke with him on the phone prior to my appointment and he gave me a window of when he was going to arrive. I told him I was working from home and in meetings and he worked around my schedule. When he arrived, he was very professional and explained everything upfront in terms of what he was going to do. He was very transparent with the cost of both repairs and I was very happy with his service.

Elias was able to explain the complexity to me, it also walk me through the incorrect replacement I had purchased and help me find the accurate pieces needed. Elias showed up exactly when scheduled, provided a very competitive quote and did the work exactly as he said he would without cutting corners. Elias replaced the leaking old shower valve, shower faucet and the old pipes. He also clean the work site after he is done. Great Service all around without questions!
