We had Rock’s tree service trim seven trees and remove one large tree. The first crew came and cut down a large tree and ground out the stump and the visible roots. They worked very quickly and cleaned up all of the mess and filled in the hole. Very polite.
The second crew led by Ralph showed up shortly afterwards and trimmed the rest of the trees. They did an excellent job and worked very hard and fast to get the job done. Ralph checked with us throughout the job to make sure that we were happy with the progress and the end result. These guys really knew what they were doing and provided us with advice on how to better maintain our trees. The impressive part was how respectful they were of our property. They took great care to clean up all of the trimmings and they even scooped small leaves from our pool. The guys also did some minor touch ups on some shrubs that were not part of the contract as they obviously cared what the final overall product looked like.
I was so impressed with these guys that I wrote their company before they were finished the job to let the management know how well they were doing. The price was fair and I will absolutely have these guys back next season.
