Doug has done quite a bit of work for us over the years, most recently a complete bathroom renovation, with which he has done an excellent job. Im impressed with his versatility and range of skills, from flooring, appliance installation and complete top-to-bottom renovations. Hes detail-oriented and very meticulous in his work. I mostly appreciate that he communicates his timeline, the process and what to expect. Doug is very friendly and professional, with a great work ethic; he shows up on time and always has a solution for challenges that come his way from my ageing house. I love hearing Ill make it work when he encounters my houses idiosyncrasieswhich he does!! Great job!! I will certainly be calling on Doug again for future work.

Doug helped us out with a tricky dishwasher installation in home with older plumbing that needed some updating. Were very pleased with his friendliness, professionalism and skill; very reliable; came on time as promised. Reasonable rates. Well be using Doug for our upcoming renovations in powder room/laundry room for which he has provided invaluable advice in product selection, and will call Doug first whenever we need contacting help.

Highly recommend Doug. He was here everyday when he said he would be. Great workmanship and respectful of our home. A messy job but Doug always cleaned up after each day. Very pleased with the result.

DIY gone wrong so reached out to Doug. He is both professional and pleasant to deal with. Went up in the attic - rejoined the vent pipe, installed a new fan with light and replaced the bathroom taps. Our taps were seized on however no extra charge even though it added 45 minutes to the job. Also took off the bathroom tub spout so we could clean it and reinstalled so we have a full functioning bathroom again! Overall would highly recommend and utilize again.
