Home Inspection review in Thunder Bay

Mr. Pape provided a thorough inspection of our home. He was punctual and left no mess, for example, after the attic inspection. His report included pictures, charts, and diagrams providing greater comprehension. It covered all the systems, for example, electrical, stating any needs for improvement. He presented the report in a clear and patient manner and answered our questions. The fact that Mr. Pape is also a homeowner was evident in his practical advice and suggestions. This was the first home inspection in the 10+ homes we have owned. We were very pleased.
