After a successful upstairs renovation to our bedrooms & bathrooms two years ago, we recently worked with Perry again to transform our 80s era basement into a modern urban oasis. We shared our wish list with Perry and our designer, and they were able to incorporate all of our needed elements into a thoughtful design. Together, they came up with a proposal that was competitively priced with a reasonable timeline. The basement was brought down to the concrete foundation then rebuilt from scratch. Perrys team was outstanding with their eye for detail and commitment to excellence. There was regular communications and Perry was responsive to our queries. They stayed on budget and was able to complete the work to our complete satisfaction. Our friends and family have raved about the incredible transformation and we are thrilled with the final product.
