I had to tell you what an awesome service technician Jordon is.
He arrived on time. He took off his shoes (it was muddy outside) and then, before he began, he laid down a tarp to protect our living room. The purpose of the service call was a faulty remote control on our Napoleon fireplace insert.
He quickly discovered our problem. The remote control on our Napoleon fireplace was not working (duh...I had only changed two of the four inside batteries). He replaced the batteries and then explained my error without making me feel like a total idi*t. He cleaned up with a vacuum cleaner and brush and then repainted the interior of the fireplace (it looks brand new). He cleaned the glass and added some stuff that makes our fireplace look like it has real embers. Wow! All that for one price, $145. What a bargain and what a great service. Honestly, he was fantastic. You are very lucky to have him in your employ. In addition, when I told him how pleased I was, he told me that you also service air conditioners and water heaters. "Our company name doesn't tell the whole story." He was correct. I had no idea of the additional services you offer. That's an employee that cares about the company he works for. BRAVO!
Thank you for sending Jordon out today. In the beginning, I thought the service fee was kind of pricey. But, now I believe it was a bargain.
