Purchased a Samsung dishwasher from Goemans 15-16 months ago. It's never worked properly: leaves food residue caked on dishes and cutlery and even inside drinking glasses (which come out dirtier than they went in). After multiple complaints and 2 service inspections, we're still getting the run-around from Goemans. Long waits on hold with their customer service department usually result in speaking to someone who says "someone will get back to you within 2 business days" ("someone" DOESN'T). There's an obvious unwillingness to address the problem, i.e. to replace the "lemon" of a dishwasher that they sold us.
