We hired Real Rock to install shower and floor tile in our master bathroom. After 3 weeks the grout in the shower corners had cracked. It took 4 weeks for the owner to respond to our calls requesting a fix. A worker eventually came to apply silicone in the shower. The silicone is an unprofessional mess smeared unevenly and sloppily where a pro would have applied a clean even bead. Real Rock did not respond to follow up requests to resolve the issue including calls from the Better Business Bureau. Do not use this contractor.
