Mr Patel was very courteous and professional. He arrived at our house about 2 hours after our initial phone call. Upon assessing the situation, he explained what is causing the problem, how the insect burrows into the wood to make nests, the potential damage over time, and what needed to be done. He already gave me the cost of the visit and eradication of one nest, plus additional costs for each extra nest. He found 3, but charged only for 2. His guarantee is that if the insects return within the next 5 months, he will come back to re-apply the chemical treatment (one would assume at no charge). The job was done within one half hour.
