I was extremely pleased with the service received from PlumbWize technician Chris.
He was polite, friendly and very competent.
My toilet issue (shut off value not opening after I turned it off to change the flapper) was resolved within an hour, including parts, and I found the pricing to be very fair.

I have used Plumbwize for several years for various projects at home and at my rental properties. Jay, Zack and the team are always friendly and polite. They are very knowledgeable and have dealt with renovation projects as well as maintenance and repair. Recently I had Chris and Austin for a renovation project at my daughter's new house. They dedicated a couple of days to roughing in a full 3 piece bathroom and kitchenette in the basement as well as complete master bathroom Reno requiring relocation of everything and installation of a steam shower. They were always smiling and patient and had good advice when we were working out some design issues. As always I have 100% confidence in their workmanship and would highly recommend them.

When my wife and I moved into our new home, we were aware of a pipe that needed replacing. After looking up Plumbers on Homestars, we settled on three to get quotes from. Plumbwize came in most fairly on price, and were responsive and professional in the quoting process.

Zack and his partner showed up on-time for our appointment, and talked us through everything they ended up doing for us. Outstanding and quick service. We were having sewer backup problems in our home and I called PlumbWize to solve the issue.

We had been having ongoing issue with a leaking bathtub. We were using a different company at the time and they were unable to resolve the issue. At that time we reached out to Plumbwise. Jason, Zach, Paul and their team were able to quickly identify and resolve the issue. Just a few days later the water heater broke. They sent out a technician immediately again, and resolved the issue. This company is friendly, efficient and professional. They respected the Covid-19 policies we have in place at all times. Chris and Marco did a fantastic job quickly locating the leaking pipe behind the wall in my basement and completing the repair in less than an hour. They cleaned up the area before leaving. I called in the morning and was relieved they could come that very afternoon to help me out. I will definitely call again if I have a need for a plumber.

We noticed water backing up through our floor drain in our basement. Zach was very honest, professional and helpful as he and Marco unplugged the main sewer pipe. We agreed to have a camera see what the problem was and found that it was a tree getting into our air conditioning pipe and told us how to deal with it going forward.

We weren't sure what we needed done to stop a leak from our tub to the basement. Gavin gained our trust in short order. He analyzed the problem, listened to our concerns, tried the quick fix then told us what needed to be done to resolve the problem long term. He showed up the next day with Chris and they worked diligently for a couple of hours and left us with a job well done. Both employees were polite, courteous, friendly and effective.

Called PlumbWize to repair my leaking faucet. Chris was at my house in minutes. He did an amazing job replacing our faucet, removing our garburator and fixing our sink. Chris was friendly, professional and clean. Highly recommend.
