Loved working with Harold and team. Super responsive, clear communication and extremely helpful. They even stopped by for a temp fix before the rain. Highly recommend.

We had issues with our roof due to termite damage and our shared chimney with the neighbor was leaning and about to break.
Harold and his team were great, they provided a ton of information before the job so that we were able to make an informed decision on what needed to be done. We repaired the roof, put in insulation, and removed the chimney.
During the process, he kept us informed on what was being done and gave us many pictures so that we were able to see the state before and after our roof was repaired. I would definitely recommend their services.

I think the words that most characterize Harold and his team are trustworthy and meticulous. Harold came and carefully analysed the roof situation. He told us an estimate both of costs and time when the work would be done. He did not take a deposit, but insisted that we would pay when the work was done to our satisfaction. He was absolutely as good as his word.

The roof is beautiful, as is all the extra work, including repairs when hidden damage from previous roof jobs was discovered. In addition, the entire property was cleaned on a daily basis, with great care. That included the neighbouring property where some roofing materials might have fallen. When the entire job was done, our home and garden were left immaculate.

Harold and Sean are great contractors to work with. They kept us completely informed as the project went on. We would highly recommend this company.

Harold and his entire team did a great job replacing my roof a year ago. They were prompt with their service, communicated very well each step during the process and even when surprises were found. They also addressed long-standing structural issues in the attic, and also rewired more lighting in the attic and the quality of work is done professionally. I highly recommend Harold and his team.

After only 5 years, we learned that our prior roofers had done a horrible job (not to code etc.). Our roof was leaking and we called Harold at Precision Roof Works. Harold was referred to us by our trusted contractor. He and his team were amazing! They were open and honest about the extent of the problem, and provided us with photos and a range of options. We elected to replace the roof and are very pleased with the result. The crew was on time, worked hard and left a spotless job site. I highly recommend this company!

Harold and his team did an amazing job! Harold spent a lot of time informing us about the various issues we had with roof, front second floor and eavestroughing. He and his team also took great care explaining things as the work progressed. The detail and care from beginning to end was excellent. We would definitely use Precision Roof Works again and recommend them.

Harold and his crew came and totally rebuilt our rotting roof, while explaining the job before and during the job. Removing heavy layers of flat roofing that was supposed to have been taken off years ago, and a nonfunctioning chimney. Replacing rafters under the flat and shingled roofs and putting in a brand new skylight. We live in an old house with tight spaces between neighbours. They managed to get rid of the enormous amount of debris, while protecting our houses. Sean, Mike and the whole crew were great people doing great work. Glad we found them.

Precision Roof Works did an amazing job repairing my flat roof. The roof had 6 layers that had to be stripped, the flat roof needed to be re-sloped, wood repairs were required and the gutter needed to be rehung.
Harold, the owner, gave be a well written estimate of the job with what was known at the time but explained that depending on the what they would find after stripping the roof, he couldn't estimate completely.
His crew began the work. All along, Shawn, his foreman, kept me informed about what they were finding and what that meant and how he and the team would address it. He took photographs and invited me to the roof to see for myself.
Each night the roof was left in a state that, should it rain, the roof would be dry and each night his crew cleaned up the site.
When the job was finished, the site was cleaned up and his team used a magnet to pick all the nails and screws that has escaped his sweeping clean up.
I would rate this company, their people and the work that they do in the top 5% of the industry.

I picked Precision based on a referral and their excellent Homestars review. My roof was in terrible shape. They tarped it for me until we were ready. They arrived right on schedule. Were in and out in 3 days. They stayed on budget. As you can see from photo there were some significant repairs to be made. They left the job spotless after each day and at end of job. We had a shoddy roof and had another company do patches and repairs but when Harold came, he showed up how bad the initial work was and how bad the repairs were. He came with a plan to fully repair, reconfigure and fix our problems so that we won't have any future issues.

His crew came on time and the work in 3 days. We are very happy with the results and the communication throughout the whole process.
For the amount of work that was done, we feel the cost was very reasonable.
