Emergency Furnace Fix

My furnace mystically stopped working on a winter Monday night. I tried a couple of services I saw online. Matt was the first to return my call. He showed up in under an hour, quickly identified the problem, explained it to me, and fixed it. It was expensive but I slept with peace of mind - and warmth

Chris saved our christmas! We had just about resigned to cancelling our holiday plans until he arrived on short notice to diagnose and repair our broken furnace. During the repair, he was very patient with all my questions helping me better understand the issue and how to prevent it from happening in the future. I am definitely going to be calling Furnace Family for repairs in the future and will be recommending them to family and friends.

I found Chris to be extremely knowledgeable and very up to date on other products from competitors. The help I received from Taryn in the office was exceptional. Even though there was a hic-up, it was dealt with
rapidly and professionally. The installer crew answered all my questions
