Furnace Family replaced our aging furnace with a Lennox 296EL. Their price was very competitive, but what sets them apart from other companies is their customer service and their technicians. Furnace temperature has been intermittently lower than set. Rico cleaned the furnace flame sensor. We expected much worse news and we are hoping that was the only issue, but if not, we will definitely call them again!

The problem was the fire place will not come on. Technician looked at the fire place and immediately knew the problem, the wall switch. He explained the problem and was out in ten minutes.

Had a concern with our furnace not lighting correctly all the time, and with winter closing in, it was concerning. Had used Furnace Family to install our AC and they did a great job, so I called for my furnace concerns.

Phoned in at 9:40am to ask for someone to come out. By 10:12 a tech was calling to come in and check out the problem, he arrived 10 minutes later and work was all completed by 11:15.
