We’re very pleased with the service that Furnace Family provided. Jerry was very helpful assessing the problem with our old furnace and was able to get it working well enough to give us some time to make our decision about replacing it. Jaime is a very knowledgeable sales person who provided clear information about our options for a new furnace and hot water system. Ross and Jared did an excellent job of installing our two-stage furnace and tankless hot water system. Everyone we dealt with at Furnace Family was highly professional and trustworthy.
