Top Renovations

I hired Kris to renovate my small main bathroom that may have been last done in the 50's. The demo was a challenge because I wanted to keep the tub and floor, and the walls were cement board from which you couldn't easily remove the old tiles. Kris got it done and tiled a beautiful bathroom for me complete with new fixtures and vanity. Love it.

This is our second contract with Kris from Top Renovations. The work was perfect. Kris is so attentive. Our glass doors were delayed so he went out and gotcus a curtain rod and shower curtain.

We have just completed our third project with Krisaq of Top Renovations. He removed all flooring, and leveled a raised area prior to installing new hardwood and baseboards throughout the entire floor - including around a very tricky staircase.

I hired Top Renovations in hopes that my fireplace would be renovated just in time for the holidays, and it in fact was.

Kris, the owner of the business, completed this project for me. Let me tell you how amazed and satisfied I am by his work! Hes polite, patient, and very talented. Not to mention a man of his word. He promised to have the project completed before Christmas meanwhile finishing another.

Kris is amazing.

I had reached out to Top Renovations on a cold call based on his Home Stars review and he suggested that we do a walk-through before he gave a quote. Upon meeting him, he gave me the impression that he knew what he was doing and had the experience needed to quickly (and accurately) assess the scope of work.

I had the back splash replaced in my kitchen (with some other cosmetic work) and replaced my bathroom vanity (including painting the bathroom, mirror replacement, back splash and light fixture). The quality of the work is excellent.

Not only that, I live in a very open concept/relatively small apartment and was working from home. He was incredibly self-aware of the noise he was making (of course, he's demolishing things) and we were able to communicate clearly about scheduling calls and demolition time.

The work was completed on schedule and within budget. His prices are very reasonable for the experience he brings to the table.

I cannot say enough positive things about Kris. I will 100% be reaching out again when I have more work to do.
