My elderly mother had a bad bed bug problem but didn't realize what these critters were. He came to the condo to assess for spraying but because the problem had been untreated for a very long time, he recommended Heat treatment. He and his staff took care of everything, from preparing the unit to arranging with building mgmt to turn off fire alarm. Hamid even texted me pics of the job upon completion as I was reluctant to enter the unit in the first 48 hours. Once my mother returned to the unit a few persistent bugs reappeared and Hamid came promptly for a 2nd spraying. Its now been 2 months and no more bed bug sightings. Horray! HMG gave me a great price quote plus a 6 month warranty whereas most companies only give 3 months. I would highly recommend this company for fast response time, very fair prices and customer service that goes above and beyond.
