This is my third home that I bought and I found that because a person has money to start a homebuilding business doesn’t mean that he’s a professional homebuilder lack of knowledge lack of experience and definitely lack of charisma

Overall we had a good experience dealing with Strongbuilt homes. They were happy to allow us to choose interior design selections with our spec home to make it our own. We noticed other neighbours in the area that chose the competitors did not have many of the same things included in their build such as Tiles, ceilings designs & lights, soffit lights etc; We really appreciated not having to worry about those additional expenses after the fact. All in all we are very happy with our new home and the service we received given they are family run and operate with a very small crew of employees.

My wife and I recently built a home with Stongbuilt homes. We started the process in February and moved into my home on July 1. This was the first time we have built a home with a builder so we did our do diligence. We spoke with many builders almost ten to be exact. We found that very early on when deciding what builder to go with Strongbuilt homes was definitely the front runner. We first met Rose at the show home and from the very start my first impressions was that she was very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. My wife and I described exactly what we wanted in a new home and Rose was extremely accommodating and helped us design our dream home for a very fair price. Once the house was under construction we met Avi who was the project manager for our build. Avi was amazing as well. He was very receptive to our ideas and provided great customer service. Any little concern that we had even if we wanted to change something last minute Rose and Avi were quick to respond to our concerns and worked extremely hard to satisfy our needs and wants. We feel Rose and Avi bent over backwards for us and would do whatever it takes to make us happy with their product. Fast forward almost 4 months of living in our home, my wife and I are still extremely happy with our purchase. Not only was the customer service amazing throughout the whole planning and building process we are over the moon at how the house turned out. The construction quality is top notch. There was one small issue that occurred that was out of Strongbuilts hands but Rose was extremely fast to resurrect the problem. I would completely refer anyone who is looking at building a new home to go with Strongbuilt homes with no hesitation. We cannot reiterate enough how great of an experience my wife and I had with Strongbuilt homes.

I can't imagine that i bought a house and its all because of you rose . It is the best feeling and the way you helped me all through the process it is really appreciable. I would like to suggest strong built homes to all my friends and family members as whole team is really hardworking and they are having best deals and best homes. They are very professional people.

I Got best service from this home builder. In starting, I was trying to find new property with good environment and peaceful community and its all end up meeting with Rose in Beaumont. There were some points that need to be taken care of when we were ready to move, but Avi did great work and fix up everything. I would without doubt recommend Strongbuilt Home Builders to everyone, They will make you your dream house as per your requirements. Thanks Again ROSE & AVI.

Paid top dollar for a duplex due to its top quality ( Hahaha) finishes. Turns out poor quality finishes and poor quality fixtures. Cheap cheap stuff put in. My caulking on the expansive amount of tile floor keeps breaking up. Has been fixed 3 times and builder now ignoring that its fallen apart again. They just laughed at me and ignored my messages. I have since learned through social media I am only one of many that have been blocked/ignored.

Thank you so much strong built for making our dream home really come true. Thx for all the staff for the support given. Specially Avi and Rose. They are really flexible, helpful and understanding. This was a dream to have a house like this for a really affordable price for us within Edmonton. Strongbuilt is the best solution for someone like us who wants to build up the bigger dreams for a reasonable price without a headache. Their house designs are really unique and beautiful. Thank you so much again for everything.

I highly suggest you find another builder. They are VERY unprofessional and don’t deliver on their products. Attached is just one of their messes, a “patch jobs”. I have crooked walls, a driveway that was built to “sink”, a crooked stairwell since they attempted fixing the crooked basement wall. They are a joke! I highly suggest you go with a BETTER builder.

I pre booked my home with Strongbuilt homes. I really had a very good experience with them so far. My home is exact the way we want except Really good service and staff.This builder understand all it takes to make a beautiful energy efficient home. I had the option of choosing my own finishing and they have good taste with the options provided.

Never buy a StrongBuilt Homes Ltd home, it is anything but...

We came very close to buying a StrongBuilt home Spec Home in Beaumont Alberta. I am writing this review to hopefully save another family from this disaster. Between the time we viewed it to Inspection (10 days) the basement pad cracked the entire width of the house. The main water valve was leaking (with no part of the basement pad sloped to the drain) straight to the outer basement wall and flowing under the house. The sump pump wasn't working so the whole basement pad heaved. There's not even enough room here to list all the deficiencies in the house. If you are a buyer stay well away.
