From the very beginning Nick and Steve were nothing but amazing to work with! They provided a very reasonable quote for a big job and we are so thrilled with our new home. They turned out 1960’s mudroom into a beautiful laundry room with TOP NOTCH custom cabinets and quartz counter tops, they gave us a brand new master washroom, installed new doors and new flooring. Nick and Steve showed up on time, discussed the scope of the job and promised a quote within 48 hours. True to their word, I received a very reasonable quote on time. We moved forward and at every step of the way, I was extremely pleased. Their professionalism was second to none and their workmanship was beyond my expectations. The NV Group were professional from the onset through to completion of the project. They were on budget, timely, and the quality of workmanship was top notch. We had an extensive renovation that included the majority of the main floor including brand new kitchen, new floors, new staircase, as well as the hallway upstairs, new kids bathroom and painting of the entire house. We also found some surprises along the way including faulty electrical and plumbing and the NV Group handled these situations professionally and cost effectively. We added a few items along the way and made some changes and the NV Group worked with us to ensure we were completely satisfied. Our house has been transformed from 1990 to a modern home and we are thrilled with the level of craftsmanship and the compliments we have received. We hired the NV Group Inc. for our bathroom remodel. Steve and Nick were the first contractors to take the time to assess our bathroom properly, which ended up saving us from doing a major demolition and renovation. They were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They started on time and were completely bang on with the estimate they provided.
Steve and Nick walked us through every step of the reno - explaining the work they would do, providing us with choices along the way and also found some unexpected issues that they were able to fix on the spot. They also remedied some issues that arose from corners being cut by the contractor that put in our original bathroom.
