We were in a need of a repair for our Whirpool washer. Vitaly was was quick to visit our home, professional and efficient. He took his time and gave useful information which provided us with solutions to prevent any future issues. He was also very helpful and kind in providing us with recommendations for technicians in other service areas to help. Would recommend Vitaly. He was great.

Samsung dryer needed a new heating element. Vitaly was prompt, professional and knowledgeable and got the job done. Would highly recommend.

Vitaly came on time to Remove and Install several
Appliances. He is a knowledgeable and very capable contractor. He worked quickly. Even though he encountered several obstacles due to old cabling he was able to find work around solutions and did not surcharge. Before leaving Vitaly fixed a couple of other things and again did not charge.
In summary, I totally recommend this contractor and would refer him to my best friend without hesitation.

I placed my request for a technician on home start and within a minute Vitaly called me and said he could be at my home in less than 30 minutes. He showed up just as promised and did a thorough inspection on my washer. Unfortunately he determined that it would be an expensive fix not worth fixing. Instead of just telling me to get a new washer, he took the time to explain the issues with my current one, showed me the parts he would need to fix it and educated me on some of the better new washers on the market. Great person, great service, and will absolutely call him the next time one of my appliances goes nuts.
