Structural repairs from leaky roofing flashing.
Flashing had been leaking for 20 years and the side of the house was rotted away from the top of the chimney flue to the foundation. Siding was coming off, sheathing had rotted away to sawdust, and 2X4's had rotted from top of 2 stories to the foundation. It was so bad that wasps had taken over and built nests in the wall which had access to the inside of the house, which was how we came to notice that the work needed to be done. GS Construction replaced all, fixed the leak, and reinstalled the siding which left the damaged area looking like new. Work started on time, came in on budget, and was finished ahead of schedule. Also, it was top quality work at a reasonable price.
