Fast Appliance Repair

I give Fast Appliance bonus points for being fast and efficient. The tech replaced the dryer thermostat in short order. It was a bit disappointing the company did not equip his service truck with dryer vent duct. The technician said they did not carry it as they didn't have the special tools required to fix it. I called a second repairman who had the "special tools" (duct, scissor and screwdriver). He was able to repair it quickly however, the additional service call added $170 to the repair cost which seems could have easily been done by the Fast Appliance repair man who seemed more than qualified to complete the job.
