Great shake style metal roof

The new roof is finished and I couldn't be more pleased. It is the "Pride of the Neighborhood". I am very happy that I up-graded to the "Shake Style" even though it cost a little more. It's beautiful roof if there is such a thing!

Thanks for all your expertise and advice.

Install aluminum slate roof

We installed an Interlock aluminum shingle roof on our home, and it is fantastic. The black, simulated slate product is superb, and the job by Roofng, Inc. of Cary, NC was outstanding.

Metal roof installation - never have to re-roof again!

Our old asphalt roof was put in less than 15 years ago and was supposed to be the top of the line and should have lasted 30 years but it began degrading 4 years ago and was looking very worn and tarnished. We had been thinking about replacing it this time with metal so we would never have to replace it again and found your company while reseaching our options. We are very happy we found Interlock. We were not excited about standing seam and had no idea that we could have something else like your product. Now that we have Interlock we are so happy with the look and knowledge that we should never have to replace a roof again. We have had so many compliments by neighbors and friends about how good it looks. I actually had someone stop in front of the house on our street to tell me how much they liked our roof. We are convinced we made the right choice with Interlock. The crew that came out to our house were friendly, courteous and dedicated to the project. We appreciated how they cleaned up after each day of work and everything was spotless when the project was completed. We know we will enjoy our new roof for a very very long time.

Nick and I believe his name was Gallo (I always have a hard time remembering names). Both of them and their crew worked hard and were dedicated workers to the project and very polite to be with.

We really liked how knowledgable Paul Lechiara is and his meeting with us at our house to talk about all of the options. He is very professional and would definitely do business with him again.

We had an Interlock roof put on 4 years ago, and it still looks brand new.
We had concerns about hearing the rain on the roof. No problem! We've had two good hail storms, and no dents.
We've had so many people just stop by and ask about the roof. It looks very classy!! We are very satisfied!!

Great experience with Interlock....roof!

We are writing to share with you our experience with Interlock, their employees, and the new roof. We built a brand new home and moved in January 1997. Within a few years, we were experiencing shingles that were curling and being removed by the wind. By the summer of 2007, it was imperative that we reroof our home. Fortunately, we saw an ad in the local paper for this product. Below are just a few of the benefits we appreciate with the aluminum interlocking roofing shingles:

- The service and attention to our roofing project by Scott Bohnen from signing the contract to follow?up after the installation.

-The fact that the workforce followed safety procedures by wearing safety gear (we have a steep roof).
-Daily attention to our project until it was completed, about one week in total.
-Aesthetically pleasing roof, with numerous comments by friends and neighbors and those just passing by. EXCELLENT CURB APPEAL!
-The roof is quieter during rain storms than with regular asphalt shingles. We often have to verify that it is raining by visually looking or going outside.
-The roof reflects light so that we have experienced reduced air conditioning costs in the summer. In the winter, the heating bill is reduced as well and that may be in part to the aluminum shingle along with the polypropylene lining between the old and new shingles. No matter the reason, our heating and cooling bills are reduced.
-The fact that the roof is aluminum and it can be recycled at the end of its life expectancy.
-The 50?year, one time transferrable, warranty.

We could go on and on but we are very pleased with the Interlock roof and thankful that we will never have to reroof again.

It has been a couple of months since the installation of my Interlock roof was completed, and two neighborhood endorsements have been forthcoming in that period. First, neighbors have commented about how good it looks, and second, they have commented on the daily cleanup done by the installation crew. I heartily endorse my neighbors' comments. The cleanup factor really became evident shortly after when a conventional shingle roof was installed a few houses away by a local contractor. Materials were staged in front of the house rather than out of sight in the rear, and the place looked like a mess until the job was completed.

As you are aware, the design of my house coupled with the prior construction of an addition across the length of the rear presented unusual challenges. While aluminum shingles could be used on the front, the slope of the back required installation of Interlock's membrane roof product. Further complicating the matter was a double roof in the rear with no ventilation of the void between the two roofs. Although you built a ventilation solution into the contract price, hidden construction issues once the work commenced on the rear necessitated redesigning the proposed ventilation solution. This could easily have been an opportunity for Interlock to take advantage of the situation, but the pricing of the change was handled by you and your office staff in a very fair manner. The extensive carpentry that became necessary did, I suspect, add the better part of a day to the job, yet the additional cost was nominal for the effort involved . As important as the pricing was to me, it was just as important and most gratifying to see the carpentry skills employed by the installation crew as they implemented the changes.

The one concern my wife had in going with a metal roof was noise during a rainstorm, and some severe weather has shown that noise is not a problem. Also, as everyone is aware, July broke heat records, yet my homes interior has been more comfortable thanks to the reflectivity of the roof. In conclusion, I am very pleased with the outcome.

Sincerely,
Jeffrey Belden

Roofing, Charcoal grey metal slate

We chose Interlock to install a much needed new roof on our 200 year old farm house in Warner, New Hampshire which serves as our year-round vacation getaway. From the moment David Harrison showed up to meet with us through the final completion of the project a few weeks ago, we knew that we had made the right decision and that our project was in good hands. We never once felt pressured even though we took longer than expected to complete some preliminary repairs to a porch roof before the project could begin. When we did finally call to say that we had completed our work and were ready to go, they had a work crew on site in less than a week! More amazing is that they completed their work of stripping the old asphalt, installing a plywood deck, and re-roofing a large old house where nothing is truly square in five days and, other than the evidence of a brand new grey slate roof on our house, one would never know that anyone had even been there. The crew left our property cleaner than it was before they arrived. They even cleaned up a pile of roofing debris we had left behind following our pre-roofing project. Throughout the project, David and Jennifer, in the office, were always available to answer our questions. From selecting the right roof to arranging financing, to completing the project in a timely fashion, we could not be happier with the total Interlock experience. We are highly satisfied with the result and are already looking forward to having Interlock install a new roof on our adjoining barn in the near future.

l just got my roof put on almost two weeks ago. When I heard that it was going to be 3 days, I was skeptical, but my husband and I needed a new roof. My roof was in really bad shape. Sure enough, in 3 days time, my roof was done. It looks fantastic and I absolutely love my new roof. Patrick and his crew were so friendly, real gentlemen.
Thank you, so much for everything!

Well-spent money! Metal Roof with Interlock

25 years of saving money in a C.D. has well paid off for me. I endeavoured to save money for a high quality roof; not wanting to pay for a substandard roofing system. I no longer wanted to have asphalt shingles. Interlock Roofing is the Crème de La of all roofing.
One day in June of 2014 I took one of my long walks. I came to a perfect standstill gazing up at the roof of a home I had often passed. It had a new hairdo. This elegant and beautiful roof (dark gray slate) certainly wasn’t asphalt shingles. What could it be? I decided to find out and knocked on the side door. I said to the man who came to the door “where did you ever get such beautiful roofing?” He then explained that he was thrilled with his recent purchase of Interlock Roofing that was installed in early spring. He immediately told me that it was a “lifetime” roof that was not only very energy efficient but was constructed as a high impact roof which could better handle nasty storms. He explained to me that I could get rid of my roofing heat tapes because there would be no more ice damming that I would have to be concerned about. Then he added with a twinkle in his eye that I could watch my neighbors struggle with raking snow off their roof and know that I would never have to stand out in the cold doing this task. With great pride he told me that Interlock Roofing would look as great as it does today as it would many years down the road because the color never fades.
I said, “who do I contact to get this kind of roof?” He gave me “Greg Weber’s telephone number. He also told me of another home in the area that has had the roof on for 7 years that I could go look at. I got in my car the next day and went over to that home and spoke to the owner and asked him if he was satisfied with the roof. He answered, “I’m 100% plus satisfied!” WOW! That’s as good as it gets.
The rest is history because I made an appointment to see Greg Weber. This week of August 18-20 installers came and installed my new roof on both the house and the garage. These men were by far the best men you could get. Would you like to know why? It’s because of their work ethics. They were polite, accommodating, and extremely hard working. It was evident that they certainly knew what they were doing every step of the way. When they were finished the end product of their job was both elegant and beautiful!
I hope people will take time to consider getting Interlock Roofing, which in my opinion is the best choice they could make if they desire to have a quality roof. Also, I appreciate buying from a company that takes so much pride in what they are doing.
Interlock Roofing Speaks for itself when you see it.
