We had demolished and reconstructed several areas of our home and I couldn't reccomend him enough.

They installed new kitchen cupboards, sink and faucet and HEATED floor tiles. Great work very respectable and honest. He also helped me to upgrade my lighting from incandescent to L.E.D. so that I could save more over time on my hydro bill. I am very happy with the work that they did. Their price was very very good
Compared to others. And I would recommend him to anybody that requires work done in their home or business.!

Wendell has done a number of jobs for us, including a full basement reno into two bedrooms, a rec room and laundry room, a lot of dry walling and crack repair, and our kitchen. His pricing is competitive and reasonable, and he goes above and beyond to solve problems (even ones that are out of the scope of the project, like when our furnace stopped working and our pipes froze). We have been through multiple contractors with little luck and worse results. Not the fastest contractor, but he is extremely knowledgeable, polite and pleasant to work with. He has always been above board and does a good job.

Wendell has taken care of two jobs for me in the past year. In the first, he and his crew replaced the terrible drop-tile ceiling and fluorescent lights with a drywall ceiling with pot lights, raising it over the kitchen by about 8 inches, and painted walls in the kitchen and adjacent open area, which functions as a play room. Even with sun streaming in through the window, you can't see a seam. It's perfect. This, however, only made the rest of my kitchen look terrible, so about a year later, I had him replace all of the cabinets with some from IKEA, replace the backsplash and counters, and put in a new cork floor. Everything looks amazing, and Wendell's pricing is extremely competitive. Also, he's super-nice and a pleasure to work with. He even made sure that I had the sink and dishwasher hooked back up again really quickly so that I could get through the rest of the reno without having to do dishes in the bathtub. Highly recommend. The price listed does not including cabinets ($4500), materials ($700), or the ceiling/painting from the first contract.

We hired Wendell back in Jan 2017 to help us patch 2 holes in our ceiling (from old potlights) and paint the entire ceiling.. We paid him $1000 for the job. We both think his rate is on the expensive side but he reassured us that the quality of his work will be exceptional.

Long story short, we ended up with cracked paint on our ceiling (please refer to my attached picture) and he has not come back to fix the job. He has left us high and dry.

Wendell is a very unprofessional and unreliable person. My advice is to take your money elsewhere.
