I had a flood back in my house from the 2nd floor to the basement back in march and I did not know what to do. Luckily when I googled flood cleanup company I was connected with ONT Restoration. I am so happy I got paired with the right company. From the moment I spoke to reception (at 3am) to the crew coming to my house within 45 minutes. It was an amazing experience. I was stressing out not knowing what is going to happen next. They dealt with everything, spoke to the insurance company, got me a place to stay while they did the repairs. Best customer service I have ever dealt with. Cannot recommend them enough.
