I bought a house in Hamilton, but I live in GTA at that time, more than 100KM away. I called Pierre on Saturday and asked to have the home inspection on Sunday, because that is the only time I am available before waiver the condition. Pierre accommodated my schedule and took a careful inspection, answered all my questions and explained my concerns. I am very happy to have his professional service and would like to recommed my friend to his service.

Pierre is fantastic at what he does. I reached out to Pierre through Kijiji because I needed someone to come in quick, on short notice to perform an inspection on a property I had given an offer for. Pierre showed up the next day and took care of everything for me! Unfortunately I didn't end up going with that house, but I was so satisfied with his services that when I put in an offer on another house 2 weeks later, I decided to put in another inspection clause just because I wanted to have the peace of mind that Pierre had taken a good look at everything. Once again, Pierre showed up on short notice and performed the inspection successfully. Highly recommended gentleman! Pierre is also able to provide the complete inspection report on short notice (a few hours), which by the way, is thorough and well laid out for the average reader. He backs everything he says with images and also provides diagrams and other references as suggestions to any concerns on the said property.
