I installed a sump pump in 2013 and it was not working properly lately. So I called AquaResist Waterproofing and asked them to take look at it. Roman arrived promptly, determined what the problem was and promised to fix it. It turned out that the sump pump was OK, but the venting was installed improperly, so instead of changing the whole system Roman recommended to replace the venting only. The next day he and his friendly crew arrived and did the job. Now, my pump is working fine. I strongly recommend their services - they are fast, punctual and customer friendly .
